Bookings and payment

In this version of the website, accommodation bookings and payments are completed on Airbnb, to which the booking buttons link. The Extras form sends an enquiry and takes no online payment; availability and arrangements are confirmed separately by Le Romarande.

Personal data

The Contact and Extras forms collect only the information needed to answer an enquiry or arrange an extra service: name, contact details, dates, selected services and message content, depending on the form used.

The data controller is Philippe Louapre — Le Romarande. Processing is based on the pre-contractual steps requested by the visitor and, for correspondence follow-up, on the legitimate interest in answering and organising the stay. Data is intended for Le Romarande and, for email delivery, its Hostinger and Gmail providers. It is neither sold nor used for third-party marketing.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to process them, then for no more than three years after the last contact, unless a legal requirement imposes a different retention period.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing contact@le-romarande.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies. A strictly necessary technical session cookie may be set to protect and operate the forms; it is not used to track browsing for commercial purposes.

The texts, photographs, videos, graphics and structure of this website are protected. Unless otherwise stated, they belong to Le Romarande. Any reproduction or use beyond private use requires prior written permission.
